Palak - The most healthiest food ever !!! When you eat with paneer ... Adding some extra spice.. Wow... I usually do not like this dish as once i had a bitter experience when i had to eat this in one restaurant.... But the same thing i had at my place and felt so yummy that i was desperate to make this. I loved it so much that i would be def making dis often :)

Ingredients
- Palak - 1 Big Bowl or 1 Whole Packet
- Paneer - 12 to 15 Cubes
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Spn
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Spn
- Coriander Powder - 2 Spn
- Cumin Powder - 1/2 Spn
- Turmeric - 1/4 Spn
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 Spn
- Whole Garam Masala - Cardamom , Cinnamon , Bay Leaves and Cloves
- Kasuri Methi - 1/4 Cup
- Chopped Onion - 1 Cup
- Green Chilly - 2 chopped
- Tomato - 1 Chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 4 Spn
- Cream - 1/4 Cup
- In a large pan add good amount of water and let it boil.
- When boiling starts add all the palak and immerse it such that all the palak gets cooked well.
- Let it boil for around 3 to 5 min and drain the palak.
- Grind the palak to a fine thick paste and keep aside
- In a pan add oil,whole garam masalas and cumin seeds.
- When spluttering starts add ginger garlic paste and fry well ( If you want the taste of garlic to be dominant add some finely chopped garlic and fry well along with ginger garlic paste )
- When the raw smell vanishes add onion and salt. Fry well.
- Add turmeric powder and fry well.
- Add the chopped tomato and let it cook well till it gets mushy.
- When the tomatoes are cooked well add coriander cumin and red chilly powders.
- Mix well and add kasuri methi by crushing them on ur palms.
- Mix well and add chopped green chilly.
- Now add the pureed spinach extract and mix well.
- Once the consistency is attained add the paneer cubes and mix well.
- Switch off the stove and serve by topping with fresh cream.
Note :-
Do not overcook the spinach. If done you will not get the real green color and will become dull.
