I really dont have an idea how i got inspired and made this dish.... One fine day felt as if i was repeating all the dishes again... So took a notice of it and tried... Yummy awesome rich dish...

Serves : 4
Ingredients
* Cashews
* Almonds
* Raisins
* Quarter cup of onion
* A bowl of mixed vegetables ( Carrot,potato,cauliflower, beans,peas )
* Paneer
* Ginger Garlic paste
* Shahi jeera
* Bay leaf , Clove , Cinnamon and Cardamom
* salt
* Coriander powder
* Cumin powder
* Pepper powder ( Preferably black )
* Whole Cream
* Pineapple and pomegranate seeds ( Totally optional. I did not add these since the gravy might become more sweeter. But if u want u can add the same )
* Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
* First cut the veggies and give it a boil. Don make it mushy
* In a bowl of boiling water add some cashews ( 8 to 10 ) and the onion. Let them boil till the cashews become soft.
* Once done blend the cashews and onion and prepare a smooth mixture.
* In a pan, add 5 spn of oil. Then shahi jeera and masala items ( bay leaf, clove, cinnamon and cardamom )
* Give it a fry and add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell vanishes
* Once done add the smooth mixture of cashew and onion and blend everything.
* Add salt , coriander pwdr and cumin powder. Keep stirring till the oil oozes out.
* When the gravy becomes thick add small cup of water and stir well till it gives a good consistency ( like a sauce )
* Meanwhile fry the paneer till golden and keep aside.
* Fry cashews and almonds in ghee and keep aside.
* Now add the boiled veggies , fried paneer , pineapple ( optional ) , fried cashews and almonds.
* Give it a good stir. If too dry add water and close with a lid. Let the veggies get cooked in the sauce ( 5 min shud be sufficient )
* After everything has cooked well add half cup of cream and mix everything.
* Now add 2 tbspn of pepper and mix. ( After u add cream don cook too much )
* Off the stove. Add pomegranate seeds ( optional ) and coriander leaves for garnishing.
