Masoor ka Malai Dal

A different dish but full of proteins :) This one is made with whole Masoor Dal. Am not kind of Dal type. I dont prefer dal as for other dishes. But this one made me go wild and i had to say " Mmmmm Wow !!! ". I had it with paratha and my remo just loved it since he loves Dal type of dishes .This dish was inspired by my friend and neighbour Nitya who happen to share the recipe with me. I tried out immediately since the moment she told i felt i wanted to eat right away :P

I take this opportunity and would like to thank her for sharing such a lovely and damn easy recipe. It is such an easy and quick recipe that your guests would think that you have put on some real hard work for this lovely recipe ;) But thats not so !!! Check it out for yourself :))
